You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 20-14 and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 21-20 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 6,693 square-foot, two-story, Spanish-style residence with an attached three-car garage. A protected tree permit is required to allow new a new block wall and new landscaping to encroach underneath the canopy of a protected Live Oak tree located on the adjacent site to the north of the property.
