You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Healthy Protected Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 21-11 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting approval to remove one (1) protected Deodar cedar tree located in the required rear yard setback area to accommodate the construction of a new 800 square foot detached Accessory Dwelling Unit. Two (2) new replacement trees will be required as part of the removal process.
