You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. A modification is being requested to allow the extension of the front porch at a front yard setback of 25’-0” in lieu of the required 29’-6”.
