Box 60021 Arcadia, CA 91066 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing a first-story addition and a new second floor to an existing single-story house that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 19-28 Project Description: A request to add 256 square feet of livable space to the first floor, a new 12 square foot entry porch, and a new 800 square foot second floor addition to an existing 1,478 square foot single-story house at 201 Laurel Avenue. The Applicant is also proposing to change the architectural style of the house from a Minimal-Traditional to a Mediterranean Architectural style.
