the minutes o:t the meeting 01' Deoember 4th be approved as written and

mailed.
Final map of proposed Tract No. 14966, looated at the northeast
oorner of Seoond Avenue and Longden Avenue, was submitted :tor final.
approval. Motion by Mr. Strawn, seconded by Mr. D01'1arty and carried
that :tinal approval be reoommended.
H. N. Berger presented a petition requestUlg that th&westerly
portion of lot 23, bact No. 6641, looated at the southeast oorner
of Baldwin Avenue and Las Tunas Drive, be rezoned trom Zone R-l to
Zone a-2. .After dlaoussion with the Oommission, the petition was
voluntarily withdrawn by Mr. Berger.
Mrs. Phelps addressed the CommiSSion :relative to looating 8
steam laundry on Santa Anita Avenue north of V1h:eeler Avenue, in Zone
0-2. Motion by ltr. Diokinson, seoonded by Mr. Moriarty and oarried
that the matter of laundries and dry cleani.llg plants be l'ei'erred to
Yr. Wh1tnall.
