Pike presiding.

Petition of Lee Davenport and Everett T. Holmes and Ida 3. Holmes
requesting tae ann~xation to the City of Aroadia of oertain property looated
on the west side of Baldwin Avenue north of Lemon Avenue, was referred to
this Commission by the OityOounoi1 for reoommendation. A oondition of the

Mr. Dio,kinsonand carried that the matter be held for study tor two weeks,
and to give the Oity ~ineer time to study it.

of land, looated on Colorado Plaoe. Sunsst Boulevard and Huntington Drive,
be oonsidered in tho llroposed new zon1.ng ord1J1anee. These matters were
ordared tiled, for oonsideration in the new zoning.
Re~est was made for a ohange in street alignment in the southwest oor-
ner of the proposed tract near Fourth Avenue south of Own1J1o Real.. It was
the o}l1J1ion of the Commission that the street should contulUe in a straight
line.
Communioation from the City COlUlCU requested. an inves'li1gaUon and
reoommenAation on the use of property on Huntington Drive oocupied by a fill-
ing station west of the Howard .Bllilding. The Commiesion areed that the
present use was probably not the bllst for the district, bu that it was legal.

Commission the establishment of spec1fioationa and. regulatlona of constru.ction

Mr.!!:. A. Doerr. 12 W. Huntington Place, spoke to the Commission about
Bo. 1 Fire Zone. He was informed that there was .no way to grant a variance
to 8 tire zone.
It wall agreed to hold a s,peo:l.al meeting with Mr. Vlhitnall on ~sday,
February 26th, at 8:00 1'. M.
Motion "by Mr. Pippin, seaonded by Mr. D1oki.l:1son and carried that the
meeting adjourn.
