Motion by Mr. strawn, seoonded by Mr. Diokinson and oarried that final approval be recommended. Mr. Stuebner presented a map of a proposed subdivision looated at 'the southwest corner 01' Santa Anita Avenue and Oamino Real. He was advised to britlg in a revised map oonforming with the required lot w1dtl!8. Final map of Traot No. 14460, located on Old Ranoh Road north of Hugo Roid Drive, was presented fOr revised approval,. on aocount of a ohange of ownership in lot 12. Motion b;y Yr. Strawn, seoonded by Mr. Sullivan and carried that an attempt be made to secure the signature of the new ownel'.
