Motion b;r Mr. Moriarty. seoonded by Mr. sullivan and aarried that the
minutes of the meeting of February 19th be approveaas written and mailed.
I Pursuant to notioe given, a public hsarina was held. cn the petition of

I at Santa Anita AvellUe and Las Tunas Drive, to allow the uses allowed in Zone
( 0-1 on parcele 1 and 2, and the uses allowed in Zone R-5 on parcel 3, all as
~out1ined on maps aoo~pany1ng the petition. Mr. Himes Was represented by
Attorney Boller. Several prollsrty ownerS spoke in favor 0:1: the petition.
Attorney Manning represented numerous property owners opposed to the petition.

Aroadia Business Assooiation opposed the proposition. Hr. Himes verbally
agreed to an oxtension ot: time to oonsider the matter. ],lotion by ltr. Young

Mr. Stuebner submitted a revised map of a proposed subdivision on the
southwest. eorner of Santa Anita and Oam1no Real. Said map was referred to
the City Engineer and Water Superintendent.
