The project includes the following: PROJECT ADDRESS: 500 N. Altura Road PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel and addition to an existing 2,670 square foot (SF) 2- story single family residence. 840 SF will be added to the first floor and 760 SF to the second floor. The home will be expanded from 4 bedrooms and an office to 5 bedrooms and an office/ sixth bedroom. The roof height will be 23 feet and 3 inches. The 404 SF attached, two car garage will be expanded to a 972 SF 3 car garage plus storage. The plan includes landscaping improvements to the front yard. A solar roof array is proposed. Lot Size: 15,978 sq. ft. New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,240 sq. ft. Lot Coverage Proposed: 3,722/ 15,978 = 23.3 %. Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,240 sq. ft. or 26.5%, allowed 5,745 sq. ft.
