you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The
project includes the following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1124 Paloma Drive
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel and addition to an existing 3,165 square foot (SF)
2- story single family residence. 528 SF will be added to the first floor and 611 SF to the
second floor. The roof height will be raised 3 feet 5 inches. The 439 SF attached, two car
garage, 39 SF covered patio and 448 SF cabana, and existing landscaping will remain
unchanged.
Lot Size: 14,076.85 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,752 sq. ft.
Lot Coverage Proposed: 3,753/ 14,076.85 = 26.7 %.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,801 sq. ft. or 34.1%, allowed 5,208 sq. ft.
