As part of the City of Arcadia’s COVID-19 transmission mitigation efforts, the January 25, 2022 Planning Commission meeting will be held virtually (live stream) and via Zoom to allow members of the public to observe and address the meeting virtually. The project includes the following: A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility; and B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 21-08 Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a writing center (dba: Advanced Writing Center) of up to 6 students and 3 employees at 411 E. Huntington Drive, Ste. 211. The proposed business hours are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
