in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The
project includes the following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 500 Campesina Road
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Repairing and remodeling of existing single family residence
including landscaping. Improvements include replacement of existing windows, wood
siding and brick veneer, converting 496 square feet (SF) of the existing attic to an office
and bath, converting 182 SF of existing patio to a walk-in closet and safe room, relocation
of existing kitchen, and conversion of a 237 SF storage area behind the garage to a bonus
room. Front and side yard (along Volante Dr.) landscaping improvements include a new
eight foot concrete walkway, four foot concrete walk around the perimeter of the house
and optional concrete paving along north property line. Front yard landscaping also
includes the replanting of the lawn and new irrigation system, new shrubs and mulch.
The rear yard landscaping includes a remodeled pool, artificial grass and putting green,
and concrete paving.
Lot Size: 18,243 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,321 sq. ft.
Floor Area Proposed: 3,321 sq. ft.
Floor Area Allowed: 6,936 sq. ft.

at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Greg Medeiros prior to the
December 16 hearing. This notice was mailed on December 6,, 2021. You may visit the
City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov/noticesanddecisions to view this notice, the
architectural plans related to this project, and the Findings and Action Form.
