NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner
of the subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit and proposing to build a
new two-story medical office building. You have the opportunity to comment on the
project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15305 and 15332 of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a Minor Alteration in Land Use
Limitations and In-Fill Development; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 21-15, Architectural Design Review No. ADR 21-13,
and Lot Line Adjustment No. LLA 21-01
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow a medical clinic providing
medical spa and cosmetic surgical procedures on an outpatient basis in a new, two
-story, 8,001 square foot medical office building at 837 -845 S. Baldwin Avenue. The
proposed business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
The applicant is also requesting a lot line adjustment to merge the two existing lots
into one lot.
Comment Period: February 9, 2022 to February 23, 2022 by 5:30 PM
