NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is propos-
ing to build a new two-story single family dwelling that is subject to the City’s Single Family Architectural Design
Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the
project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
for the construction of one single-family residence;
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 21-18
Project Description: A new 4,198 square foot two-story, Prairie style residence with an attached 481 square
foot two-car garage.
Lot Size: 11,041 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,034 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,198 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,229 square feet and 38%
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 4,916 square feet and 45%
Comment Period: Wednesday, February 16, 2022 to Wednesday, March 2, 2022 by 5:30 PM
