By letter Mr. Allan offered to dedioate the weet 30 feet of the property
for street purposes whsn such dedication is called for. This i8 the BaIIIll

Motion by /Jr. Prattp seconded by Mr. Robertson and oarried that the

property was considered. The purpose of the lot split was to allow the
stert of bailding construction while the tract 18 being processed and

carried that approval or the tract be recormnended, also approval of the

Tenth Avenue, was considered. The tract showed no access to any etreet in
the City of ArCOliia. Motion by Mr. Derlty, seconded by Mr. Robertson and

west of Hally Avenue, was considered. Petition of twelve property owners
requested that a future street reservation be established at the 1JUst end
of the new street, to control the developmsnt of property to the west.

The matter of annexation of territory south of Live Oak Avenue. re-
t'erredby -the City CouncU, was considered. Lettere!rom Daniel J. GGary
and Boller, Suttner and Boller were read. Mr. Geary. Mr. A. VI. Copeland,
and Mr. L. W. FergullOn spoko briefly regardine tho annexation. l.!ot~on by

the Planning Coneultaut be requo.sted to eubmit reports and data on tho pro-
paGed annexation for study by tho COlIJIIiission. .
The Commission conridored a decision in the matter at' eliminAting
nonaconfol"llliJlg buildings, on which public hOaringshave presiouoly been
held. Llr. Nicklin stated that in hie opinion no atte.mpt should be IIl!lde to
make a blanket finding that all non-conforming buUdings should be diBoo
continued at a definite tima. but. that each use needs individual coneidera.-
tion, and the person e.1':fected should be given an opportunity to be heard.
Mr. Nicklin lllld Mr. Mansur were requested to draw a propoeed SIIlllndment to
the ordinance for consideration by the COlIJIIiission.
Mr. Berkyrequeated that the- City EDgineer, P1AJlniYlg Consultant and
.Water Suporlntendlmt review new eubdivision maps submitted and mske written
commente t'or the information of the Collllllieeion. Mr. Pratt requested that
flll)re information be shown on eubdivision mapEl, Elbowing surt'OUI',Hng areas,
and that master street plans be superimposed on copies of the subdivision
maps.
Llr. RobertllOn brought up the matter of signs. Mr. Mansur stated that
he had submitted four reporls on the matter. The Chairman requested that
all members consult the rUee on such reports, end that copiee be furnished.

meeting adjourn.
