SUBJECT: Call for Review of the Planning Commission’s Approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 21-05
PROJECT ADDRESS: 253 E. Foothill Blvd (dba: Regal Adult Day Health
Center)
Dear Ms. Mailian:
At the May 3, 2022 City Council meeting, the Council voted unanimously to
adopt Resolution No. 7428, affirming the Planning Commission’s approval of
Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 21-05 with a categorical exemption under the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a new adult day care center
at 253 E. Foothill Boulevard. Attached is the adopted Resolution No. 7428.
Approval of Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 21-05 shall not go into effect
unless the property owner and applicant have executed and filed the enclosed
Acceptance Form to indicate awareness and acceptance of these conditions
of approval. The Acceptance form is due now and if it is not received by June
3, 2022, this approval will become null and void.
