NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject
property is proposing to build a new two-story single family dwelling that is subject to the City’s Sin-
gle Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the pro-
ject prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the construction of one single-family dwelling; and
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 21-21
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 7,278 square foot, two -story, Tudor style
residence with an attached 675 square foot three-car garage and a 439 square foot rear covered
patio.
Lot Size: 20,010 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,842 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 7,278 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 7,753 square feet and 38.7%
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 8,002 square feet and 40%
Comment Period: Thursday, June 2, 2022 to Thursday, June 16, 2022 by 5:30 PM
