NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the
subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit. You have the opportunity to
comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project
described below:
A. Categorical Exemptions per Section 15301 from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility ,
such as the existing tenant space in an existing commercial building;
and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 22-03
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow the sale of alcoholic
beverages for off-site consumption (Type 21 ABC License) in conjunction with
a new grocery store (d.b.a. 99 Ranch) located at 400 S. Baldwin Avenue, Suite
1000. The proposed business hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, daily.
Comment Period: June 23, 2022 to July 7, 2022 at 4:30 PM
