property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single-
Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the
project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and
B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 22-02
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 4,634 square-foot, two-story, modern

front porch.
