A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY PLANNING COM1lISSION OF TEE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMEND- ING THE GRANTING OF A PETITION FOR A VARIANCE AFFECTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 114 ST JOSEPH STREET, IN SAID CITY. TEE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on the 9th day of March, 1950, there was filed with this Commission the petition of Lloyd E. Jones and Helen L. Jones, regarding a zoning variance on the following described property in the City of Arcadia, to wit: Lot 33, Block 79, San.ta Anita Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 15, Pages 89 and 90, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, situated at 114 St. Joseph street, to permit the erection thereon of an additional building and to permit the manufacture, fabrication and sales of brushes; and VnllmEAS, after notice as required by Ordinance No. 760, a public hearing on the matter was held before this Commission on the 6th day of April, 1950, and all interested parties were given the full opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Commission re- commends to the. City Council of the City of Arcadia that the aforesaid petition be granted and the requested variance be ap- proved for the following reasons: 1. The granting of this petition will not be inconsist- ent with good planning practice or the provisions of the Master Zoning Plan, or with the present development of the neighborhood in which said property is located; 2.
