CALIFORNIA. RECOMMENDING THE GRANTING OF AN EXTENSION OF A VARIANCE

WHEREAS~ on the 20th da;r of December. 1950. there was filed with this com-

mission the petition of ~UIP RENT CO. by Harry B. Fox. as lessee. requesting the ex-
tension of the zone variance heretofore recom11lRnded by this Commission under its
Resolution No. 23. passed. approved and adopted the 2nd dq of March. 1950~ and here-
tofore granted by- the City" Co\1:o.cil of said City" by- its Resolution No. 2002. passed.
approved and adopted the 7th da;r of March~ 1950~ affecting the follOtrlDg desor1bed
property in the City of Arcadia. to witt

Beginning at the intersection of the Weaterq line of said Lot with
a line parallel with and 50 feet Southerq measured at right angles
from the Northerq line of said lot; thence Eesterq. along sdd

Mr. Decenzo. the owner of residential property on the
North side of Las TUnas Drive and a.c:t'oss the street ..... ,', !.
