A RESOLUnON OF THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA!
CALIFORNI~ DECLARING ITS INTENTIoN
TO INSTITl1.rE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
REZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
IN SAm CITY.
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIn OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: Upon the recommendation of the City Planning
Consultant, Everett B. Mansur, and pursuant to Section 17
of Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia, this Commission
does on its own motion hereby institute proceedings for the
purpose of receiving evidence and making findings and recom-
mendations to the City Council of said City relative to the
amending of said Ordinance No. 760 by changing from Zone C-2
to Zone C-3 the following described real property in said
City, to-wit:
All the lots, parcels or portions of
real property presently zoned C-2,
which are adjacent to either the
northerly or the southerly side of
Foothill Boulevard between T1ndalo
Road on the west and the Arcadia
City boundary on the east.

SECTION 2: The hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday,
May 8, 19~1, and on TueSday, May 22, 19~1, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall in said City, are hereby fixed
as the time, dates and place of public hearings to be held
by and before this Commission, for the purpose of hearing
all persons interested in and of receiving all evidence
pertinent to the said matter of rezoning the aforesaid property.
