RESOLUTION NO. 74 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INSTITU'm PROCEEDINGS FOR THE A1-IENDMENT OF SECTION 16-1-B OF ORDINANCE NO. 760 OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA. The City P1'lnning Commission of the City of Arcadia, California, does hereby find. determine and resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Arcadia and the inhabitants thereof require the consideration and the institution of proceedings relative to the amendment of Section 16, Part 1. Subdiv.l.sion (B) of Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia, to acid thereto subsection "11. CustOlll Dressing", and an adequate and restrictive definition thereof. SEcTION 2. That Tuesday, July 8, 1952, and Tuesday, July 22. 1952, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 240 West Huntington Drive, Aroacl.:l.a, California, are hereby fixed and determined as the dates, hour and place of the hearings for the consideration of such matters. SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall give and cause to be published notice of the dates, place and purposes of the said hearings, in the manner required by law. PASSED, APPROVED AND AlXlPTED this 10th day of' June, 1952. I HEREBY CF.RTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City Pla:rming COllIlIIi.ssion of the City of Arcadia at a regular meeting held on the loth day of June, 1952, by the following vote: AYES: Mr. Anderson, Balser, Berky, Danver, Knopp, Pratt and Sorenson NOES: None \. .
