RESOLUTION NO.84 A nESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANlII.NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORIUA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CONSIDERATION AND G~TIliG OF A ZONE VARIANCE AFFECTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN SAID CITY TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIOl'l OF A PUBLIC SCHOOL THEREON. GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSIClli OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Commission does hereby on its o.n motion institute pr0ceedings for the consideration by this Commission of the grant- ing of a variance from the provisions of Ordinance 1'10.760 of said CitJ to permit the property hereinafter described to be used for the construction, maintenanr.e and operation of a pub11c school thereon. The real property affected is described as follows: The W 16~.22 ft of E 1370 ft ex of streets, of Lot 3, Traot 1'10.950, as shown on map recorded in Book 17, Page 25 of !>'.aptl, and Lote 1 to 12 incl. The. t if additional dwelling units be desirable the same shall be accomplished in an orderly manner by the sub- division of the subject property, separately if necessary, but preferably in conjunction with adjacent undeveloped property. RESOLVED FURTHER that this Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Arcadia that said applicants' petition for a zone variance be denied. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Secretary shall oertify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward 8 copy of the same to the City Council of the City of Arcadia.
