WHEREAS, after due notice as required by the provisions of
Ordinance No.760 of th~ C1ty of Ar~adia a puolic hearing was
held on the matter by and before this Commission on July 8, 1952,
at which time all interested parties vere given an opportunity to
be heard and to present evidenee)
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Commission make the
follOWing findings and recommendations to the City Council of the
City of Arcadia;
SECTION 1. The. t the granting of the variance requested
would adversely affect the property and improvements in the same
vicinity and zone.
SECTION 2. That the granting of the variance requested is not
necessary for the preservation or enjoyment of any substantial
property right of the applicants, as the property i8 well suit-
ed for the purposes for which it may now lawfully be used.
SECTION 3. That there are no exceptional or extraordinary
c1rcumstances applicable to the property involved sufficient to
warrant the granting of the variance requested.

. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Secretary shall certify to
the adoption of th1s resolutioll, and shall forward a copy of the

sama to the City Council of the City of ~rcadi&.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the fo~egoing Resolution was adopted
by the City Planning Commission at a regular meoting held on the
lOth day of September 1952, by the following votes:
AYES: Mr. Balser, Berky, Danver, Knopp, Pratt and Sorenson
NOES: Nons
ABSENT: Mr. Anderson
