PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing on the
following text amendment, as described below.
A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of
the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that the Text
Amendment will have no impact on the environment; and
B. Ordinance No. 2390 - Text Amendment No. TA 22-02
Project Description: Ordinance No. 2390, Text Amendment No. 22-02 Amending
Various Sections of Article IX, Chapter 1 (Development Code) of the Arcadia
Municipal Code Pertaining to Implementation of Objective Design Standards for
Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Developments, Updating the Density Bonus Ordinance,
and a Minor Changes to the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance.

Persons wishing to comment on the project and/or environmental documents may do so at the public hearing or by submitting written statements to Planning
Services prior to the hearing on August 16, 2022. This notice published in the Arcadia Weekly on July 28, 2022. The staff report for this item and the full text
of the proposed ordinance will be available for review on the City’s website at www.ArcadiaCA.gov after 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2022. City Hall will
be closed on Friday, July 29, 2022 and August 12, 2022
Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Arcadia, or prior to the public hearing.
