RESOLlITION NO. 110
A RESOLlITION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS IN'lENTION
TO INSTlTOTE PROCEEDDlGS FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF,
AND I-lAKING RECOI-lMENDATIONS CONCERNIm TRE AMENDMENT
OF SEC'fIONS 4, 5, 6, 7, 15 AND 16 OF ORDINANCE NO.
760, Oi THE CITY OF ARCADIA.
The City Planning Commission of too City of Arcadia, California,
does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the public health, safety and general welfare of
the City of Arcadia and the inhabitants thereof require the consideration of,
and the institution of proceedings relative to, the amendment of Subdivisions
D and E of Sections 4, $, 6 and 7, and Subdivision C, Subsection .3d, of Section
15, of Ordinance No. 760 of fue City of Arcadia, by Changing the requirements
for side and rear yards as presently therein specified, and Section 16 of said
Ordinance No. 760, by maldng ntinor grammatical and procedural changes, by alter-
. ing the fees required thereby for the filing of applications with this
COIMlission, and by creating a modification committee and specifying the member-
ship, duties and authority thereof, and the procedures under which it shall
operate.
SECTION 2. That Tuesday, July lh, 1953, and 1'uesday, July 28, 195.3,
at the hour of 8 0 I clock P.M., in the Council Chambers in the Oi ty Hall, 240
West Huntington Drive, Arcaiiia, California, are hereby fixed and determined as
the dates, hour and place of the hearings for the consideration of said matters,
at which times and place all interested persons shall be given a full. opportunity
to be heard andto present evidence. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall F-ive and cause to be published notice of the dates,
place and purposes of the said hearings, in the manner required by law.
I HEREBY CER11FY that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
. Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of June, 195.3, by
the following vote:
AlES: COIMlissioners Anderson, Balser, Berky, Knopp, Pratt and Robertson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Ccmmd.ssioner Sorenson
