WlmREAS, there was tiled with thls Commission on June 2, 1953, the petltion ot Robert R. and Grace O. NOW, THEREFORE, the Cit1 Plannlng Comm1ss1on ot the Cit1 ot Arcadia doee hereb)' tind, deterlll1ne and resolve as tollowa: SECTION 1. That there "l'8 no protests, verbal or written to the panting ot the proposed variance. SECTION 2. That the property cOlIIPrises om)' 13,930 square teet. whereas 15,000 square teet ot lot area are required tor the construction ot two single tamil)' residences in ZOne R-l; that there are no exceptional circUlllBtances applicable to subject propert)'. That the granting ot the variance requested is not necessal')' tor the preservation or protectlon ot substantial roperty rights ot the applicants.
