RESOLUTION NO.124 A RESOLUTION or THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIPORNIA, MAKING CRRTAIN FINDINGS AND RECOMJIIENDATIONS RELATIVE TO THE PROPOSED ANiRDM!DlT OF SECTION 15 a. 4 0' ORDINANCE NO.760 OP THE CITY 0' ARCADIA CONCERN- ING NON-COHPORMING BUILDINGS. wmmt!:AS~ pursuant tp Section 17 of Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia. the City Planning Co~ission ot the City of Arcadia did. on June 23, 1953, ~ass. approve and adopt ita certain ReSOlution No.112 entitled: "A Resolution of the City Planning Comm18s10n at theC1ty of Aroad1a~ California, Declaring its Intention to Institute Proceedings for the Conaideration of and Makin& Recommendations Concerning the Amendment of Section 15 of Ordinance 760 ot the City of Arcadia.". pursuant to whieh notice was duly published and given and public bearlngs duly held on . August 11, 1953 and August 25, 1953~ at which time all persona present and interested were given full opportunity to be heard . and t~ present evidence relative to the proposed ~nendment of Ordinance No.760 ot said City as provided in said Resolution No.112; and WHEREAS, 8aid Planning Commi.sion has reviewed and tully con- sider_d all testimony and evidence presented at sald hearings con- Cernih& said matters. NOW, THERErORE. the City Planning Commission ot theClty of Arcadla does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the present limitations provided in Section 15 of Ordinance No.760 of the City of Arcadia upon the requiring of non-conform1ng buildings 1n residential zone. to be re.oved are . exce.sive, unreasonable and dereat the purpose and 1ntent or the Ordinance. SECTION 2. That the public neeeaaity, convenience and general welfare require and this Comm1ssion hereby recommends that Section 15.
