DEOLARING ITS INTENTION TO mSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF AND HAKnrG RECOllUoIElIDATIONS CONCERNING THE AJ.m!IDUENT OF SECTION 7 OF ORDI- NA}rcE NO. 760 OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA TilE OITY PLANNING Cot~HSSION OF THE CITY OF ARCJ\.DIA. CALIFORNIA. DOES HEREBY FIND. DETEIDUNE AND RESOLVE AS FOLL01flS: SEOTION~. That the public health and welfare of the City of Arcadia and the inhabitants thoreof require the considera- tion of and the institution of proceedings relative to the amend- ment of Section 7 of Ordinance No. 760 of the Oity of Arcadia . by reducing the maximum building height within Zone R-3 as this Commission may deam advisable after the conclusion of the proceed- ings hereby instituted. SECTION 2. That Tuesday, the 8th day of June, 1954, at f the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. 240 West Huntington Drive. Arcadia. California. is hereby fixed and determined as the day and place of the public hearing for the consideration of such matter. SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause to be published notice of the date. place and purpose of said hearing in the manner required by law. , I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City Plmning Connnission at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of May, 1954, by the following vote: AYES: Commiesione~ Balser, Pratt.
