RESOLUTION NO. 269

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
CONSIDERATION OF AND MAKING
RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE
AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 11 AND 17 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 760 OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA.
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA.
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public health, welfare and conven-
ience of the City of Arcadia and the inhabitants thereof require
the consideration of, and the institution of proceedings for the
purpose of making findings and recommendations concerning the amend-
~ ment of Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia by the amendment of
Sections 11 and 17 thereof by removing veterinary hospital as a use
permissible in Zone M-l and making it a special use under Section
17, all as may be determined after consideration of the matter.
SECTION 2. That Tuesday, the
14tn
day of January,
195e , at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Cham-
bers of the City Hall, 240 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, Cali-
fornia, i6 hereby fixed and determined as the day, hour and place
of a public hearing for the consideration of said matters and for
hearing and receiving testimony and evidence pertaining thereto.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause to be published notice of the

date, place and purpose of said hearing in the manner required by
law.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission held
on the lOth
