SECTION 2. C. All flood lighting shall be directed away fron adjoining properties. ' D. The Planning Conunission may modify an~- of the foregoing conditious if such modification will not adversely affect property or improvements in the vicinity and if such modification will equal~y accomplish substantially the same re- sults as will the adherence to the fore~oinG conditions. SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoytion of this nesolution and shall cause a copy of the same to be forwarded to the City COllhcil of the City of Arcadia.
