A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE BUSINESS OF MINIATURE GOLF COURSES AS A USE PERMISSIBLE IN ZONE S-l UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 760 OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA. WHEREAS, there has been requested a classifioation under Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Aroadia of the business of minia- ture golf courses; and, WHEREAS, ambiguity has arisen concerning the appropriate classifioation of such use within the meaning and intent of Ordi- nance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia; and, WHEREAS, Section 15-A-I of said Ordinanoe No. 760 provides . in part ". . . if ambiguity arises ooncerning the appropriate classi- fication of a particular use within the meaning and intent of this Ordinance, or if ambiguity exists with reference to matters of height, yard requirements, or area requirements as set forth herein and as they may pertain to unforseen oircumstances, it shall be the duty of the City Planning Commission to ascertain all pertinent facts con- cerning said use and by resolution of record set forth its findings and the reasons therefor. . .11; and, WHEREAS, at regular meetings this Commission has ascer- tained the pertinent facts conoerning the businesses for whioh classification has been requested; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia does hereby find, determine, resolve and recommend as . follows: SECTION 1. That the business of miniature golf oourses should be deemed to be and classified as a use permissible in Zone S-l under Section l7 of Ordinanoe No. 760, and subJeot to the provisions of such section. SECTION 2. The Seoretary shall certify to the adoption ,~ ; -1- 202 I . . . .' . . of this Resolution and shall cause a oOPY to be forwarded to the City Counoil of the City of Arcadia.
