DETERl.iIN:: AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That on December 28, 1954. this COlmnission adopted its Resolution No. 177, instituting proceedings for the consideration of and making ~ecommendations concerning the reclassi- fioation from Zones R-l, R-2 and R-3 to Zones R-S, c-o and C-l of all or portions of property on each side of Duarte Road. betlveen a . point approximately 145 feet east of First Avenue and a point approxi- mately 282 feet eElst of Second Avenue, including certain pro);l0rty on Second Avenue and presently' zonaiR-l. B-2 and R-3. Pursuant thereto, after notice requir~d by law, a pUblic hearing was held by and before this Commis~ion on January 11. 1955. at Which time all persons intorested were given .':'ull opportunity to be heard and to pres3nt evidence. SECl'ION 2. That there were no :t:rotests to l;;le proposed ~eclassification of the property under discussion either by owners or re.sident s of the area or by owners (Jr I' e sldents oJ: other 1l1.'tl!l.S. SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify tc the adoption of this c:tesclution and shall cs.use a copy to be forwarded to the City Council of the City of Arcadia.
