RESOLUTION NO. 321 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~1ISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 760 BY AMENDING SECTION 15 THEREOF AND OTHER PERTINENT SECTIONS TO REQUIRE THE MAINTENANCE OF AN UNOBSTRUCTED REAR YARD MEASURED FROM THE REAR LOT LINE UNDER SPECIFIED CONDITIONS. THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the public health, welfare and conven- ience of the City of Arcadia and the inhabitants thereof require . the consideration of, and the institution of proceedings for the purpose of making findings and recommendations concerning the amend- ment of Ordinance No. 760 of the City of Arcadia by amending Sec- tion 15 thereof and other pertinent sections to require the main- tenance of an unobstructed rear yard measured from the rear lot line under certain specified conditions, all as may be determined after full consideration of the matter. SECTION 2. That Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 240 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California, is hereby fixed and determined as the day, hour and place of a public hearing for the consideration of said matters and for hearing and . receiving testimony and evidence pertaining thereto. SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause to be published notice of the date, place and purpose of said hearing in the manner required by law. -1- 321 ~ . . . . .
