you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the [ARB Chairperson Name], at or prior to the
public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The
project includes the following:
PROJECT ADDRESS: 817 Monte Verde Drive
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A new 3,776 square foot (SF) 2- story single family residence.
With a 535 SF attached, two car garage. The residence will include 4 bedrooms, 4 baths
and a powder room. The roof height will be 24 feet and 8 inches. The plan includes
landscaping improvements to the front and rear yard.
Lot Size: 10,704 sq. ft.
Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,776 sq. ft.
Lot Coverage Proposed: 2,797/ 10,704 = 26 %. (Allowed 35%)
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3,776 sq. ft., allowed 3,960 sq. ft.
