RESOLUTION NO. 1142 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 1616 SOUTH SANTA ANITA AVENUE AND 14 EAST CAMINO REAL AVENUE, WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the require- ments of a parcel map for the division of real property as described herein; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accrodance with applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances, that such application should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING CO!~IISSION OF THE ~ CITY OF ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the following described proposed division of land: Applicant: Richard Jordan 14 East Camino Real Avenue Arcadia, California 91006 The address and legal description of the new parcels are described as follows: Parcell (1616 South Santa Anita Avenue): The westerly 120.60 feet, measured along the north and south property lines, of Lot 2, Tract No, 12572, in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California as per map. recorded in Book 260, Pages 23 and 24 of Haps, records of said County, Parcel 2 (14 East Camino.
