Conditional Use Permit 80-3
SUBJECT:
In reference to a request to construct a 3-unit apartment building
at 146 Alice Street (C,U.P. 80-3), the Planning Commission has re-
quested staff to inquire about the impact of additional traffic upon
the partially completed alley located between Duarte Road and Alice
Street,
I would appreciate your comments on the following questions prior cO
March 20, 1980:
1, Will the aforementioned alley be continued to First
Avenue, and if not, to what extent will it be developed?
.
2, Do you foresee a need to restrict future multiple-
family developments from utilizing said alley for
access as the attached proposal suggests?
3. Would there be an objection to limit access onto Sec-
ond Avenue from the alley by the placement of a "Right-
Turn Only" sign?
Attached for your review is a vicinity map, site plan and the staff
report, If there are any questions, please contact me,
