RESOLUTION NO. 1131 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTY AT 521 NORTH FIRST AVENUE WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the require- ments of a parcel map for the division of real property as described herein; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordin- ances, that such application should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE . CITY OF ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS: Section I. The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the following described proposed division of land: Applicants: James Melas, President W.D. Wilson Co. 521 North First Avenue Arcadia, California The address and legal description of the new parcels are described as follows: . 521 North First Avenue. See attached Exhibit I. Section.2. It is hereby found that the proposed division of land described above complies with all requirements as to area, improvement and design, floor and water drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability, environ- . mental protection, and other requirements of the Subdivision Map Act -l- 1131 . . . .j" and local ordinances which are applicable to the proposed division of land; and that the design of each parcel is in substantial compliance with the approved tentative parcel map. Section 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. BUTLER ASSOCIATE PLANNER Attached for your consideration is a request for waiver of a Final Parcel Map for L-78-23 at 521 North First Avenue, This consolidation is eligible for waiver of a parcel map as set forth in Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9118.6(a).I. The Planning Commission approved this consolidation on November 14, 1978, and granted a three month time extension on November 13, 1979. The applicant, W.D. Wilson Co., has complied with all the conditions set forth in L-79-23. The Planning Department recommends approval of the Waiver of the Final Parcel Map for L-78-23. . The Planning Commission should approve the Waiver of Parcel Map and the Certificate of Compliance. Following this action, the Commission should then adopt attached Planning Commission Resolution No. 1131 which sets forth special findings of approval.
