PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1230
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A
PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 1521 SOUTH
FOURTH AVENUE AND 315 EAST CAMINO REAL AVENUE.

WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the
requirements of a parcel map for the division of real property as
described herein, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accordance
with applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local
ordinances, that such application should be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the
following described proposed division of land:
APPLICANTS: Anita C. Lingo
1521 South Fourth Avenue
Arcadia, CA 9106
Helen Aglor and E, Kay Trout
315 East Camino Real Avenue
Arcadia, CA 91006
The address and legal description of the new parcels are described
in attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2. It is hereby found chat the proposed division of land
described above complies with all requirements as to area, improvement
and design, floor and water drainage control, appropriate improved
public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability,
environmental protection, and other requirements of the Subdivision
Map Act and local ordinances which are applicable to the proposed
division o~ land, and'that the design of each parcel is in substantial
compliance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map.

The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
Section 3.
this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at
a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia
on the 22ndday of March, 1983 by the following vote:

REQUEST FOR A \.JAIVER OF THE FINAL PARCEUIAP FOR
MAP FOR T.P.M, 83-2

Attached for your consideration is a request for a waiver of
the Final Parcel Map for T.P.M. 83-2, a proposed lot line
adjustment at 1521 South Fourth Avenue and 315 East Camino
Real Avenue (see attached map). This lot line adjustment is
eligible for the Waiver of the Parcel Map as set forth in
the Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9118.6 (a).l.
The Planning Commission approved T.P.M, 83-2 on February 8,
1983, subject to the conditions set forth in the staff
report. The applicants, Anita Lingo, Helen Aglor and E. Kay
Trout, have complied with all the conditions of approval.
The Planning Department recommends approval of the requested
\,ai ver.
If the Planning Commission approves this request, the Com-
mission should approve the Waiver of the Parcel Map and
the Certificate of Compliance. Following this action,
the Commission should then adopt the attached Resolution 1230
which sets forth specific findings of approval.
