' '~ heard and to present evidence; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA HEREBY RESOLVES AS,FOLLOWS: Section l. That the factual data submitted by the Planning Department in the attached report is true and correct. Section 2; That the Planning Commission hereby makes the following findings of fact: l. That there is a likelihood that the proposed conver- sion will conflict with the proposed revisions of the land use .~ regula tions. -l- l119 . . 2. That the design of the proposed subdivision is not consistent with the applicable general and specific plans. 3. That the existing nonconformities do not comply with the intent and purpose of Section 9lll. 6 "Co-Operative Multiple Buildings" of the subdivision ordinance. Section 3. Based on the foregoing findings of fact we hereby deny the application for Conditional Use Permit 79-20. Section 4. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia on this 27th day of November, 1979, by the following vote: '. SUPPORTIVE COMMENT Explain how the proposed text amendment would provide for meeting the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice. Additional supportive comment or material may be attached. The addition or conversion of existing automobile service stations in the community would assist the public in finding convenience items at times when other retailers might be closed for business.
