SUPPORTIVE COMMENT
Explain how the proposed text amendment would provide for meeting
the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning
practice. Additional supportive comment or material may be
attached.
The addition or conversion of existing automobile service
stations in the community would assist the public in finding
convenience items at times when other retailers might be
closed for business. This would be accomplished without
any increase in traffic. The improvements would also
reduce unsightliness and noise attendant with service
station operation.
