BUTLER ASSOCIATE PLANNER Attached for your consideration is a request for waiver of a final parcel map for TPM 79-12 at 805 North First Avenue, . The Planning Commission approved this consolidation on August 28, 1979. The applicant, Victory Chapel Church of the Four- square Gospel, has complied with all conditions set forth in TPM 79-12, This consolidation is eligible for waiver of a parcel map as set forth in Arcadia Municipal Code Section 9118,6(a).l, If the Planning Commission wishes to approve this request, it should approve the waiver of parcel map and the Certificate of Compliance.
