RESOLUTION NO, 1110 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 890 SINGING WOOD DRIVE, 1320 GLENCOE DRIVE AND 875 HAMPTON ROAD WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the re- quirements of a parcel map for the division of real propert~ as described herein; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accordance with applicable provisions of the subdivision map act and local ordinances, that such application should be granted; I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF I THE CITY 6F ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS: . Section 1, The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the following described proposed division of land: Applicants: James Tormey 890 Singing Wood Drive Arcadia, California John Macardigan 1320 Glencoe Drive Arcadia, California Richard Hoertig 875 Hampton Road Arcadia, Califor~ia The address and legal description of the new parcels are de~ scribed in attached Exhibit "A", Section 2.
