RESOLUTION NO. "1083
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT
OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTY AT 33 EAST
NEWMAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the
requirements of a parcel map for the division of real property as
described herein; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in
accordance wi th applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map }\,ct
and local ordinances, that such application should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The requirement ofa parcel map is waived for
the following described proposed division of land:
Applicant: Orla's Construction, Inc.
478 West Winnie Way
Arcadia, California
The address and legal description of the new parcel is
described as follows:
33 East Newman Avenue:
The 45.00 feet of Lot 25 and those portions of Lots 26
through 28, all of the Haven Tract, as shown on map
recorded in Book 13, Pages 22 ,and 23 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, bounded
Northeasterly by the Northeasterly line of Parcel 2
of that certain easement conveyed by the State of
California by deed recorded in Book 04155, Page 643,
Official Records, in said Office.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM all minerals, oils, gases and other
hydrocarbons by whatsoever name knoWlthat may be within
or under the parcel of land hereinabove described with-
out, however, the right to drill, dig or mine through
the surface or the upper 10 feet thereof, as reserved by
the State of California in deed recorded October 14, 1969.

SECTION 2. It is hereby found that the proposed division
of land described above complies with all requirements as to area,
improvement and design, floor and water drainage control, appropriate
improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply
availability, environmental protection, and other requirements of
the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances'which are applicable
to the proposed division of land; and that the design of each parcel
is in substantial compliance with the approved tentative parcel map.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the Planning Co~~ission of the City of
Arcadia on the 23rd day of January, 1979, by the following vote:
