PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1280
WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTIES
AT 50-82 WEST LAS TUNAS DRIVE
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Robert Dickinson for Hand D
Partnership for Waiver of the requirements of a Parcel Map for the division of
real property as described herein, and
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for waiver of the requirements of a
parcel map for the division of real property as described herein, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accordance with
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances, that such
application should be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARCAD IA AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the following
described proposed division of land:
The legal description of the,new parcels are described in attached
Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. It is hereby found that the proposed division of land described
above complies with all requirements as to area, improvement and design, floor
and water drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary di sposal
facilities, water supply availability, environmental protection, and other
requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances which are applicable
to the proposed division of land, and that the design of each parcel is in
substnatila compl i ance wi th the approved Tentative Parcel Map.
SECTION 3. The decision, findings and conditions contained in this
Resolution reflect the Commission's action of March 12, 1985, and the following
vote:
AYES: Commissioners Dixon, Fee, Jahnke, Kovacic, Szany, Harbicht
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

SECTION 6. The Secreta~ shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution
and shall cause a copy to be forwarded to the City Council of the City of
Arcadi a.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the. foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission held on the 12th day of March, 1985.

Angeles, State of California as per Map recorded in Book 42, Page 87
of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of said lot with a
line parallel with and 50 feet southerly, measured at right angles from
the northerly line of said lot; thence easterly along said parallel
line, 0.01 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the South, having
a radius of 450 feet and being tangent to said parallel line; thence
easterly along said curve a distance of 109.96 feet to the end of same;
thence southeasterly along a line tangent to said curve concave to the
West, have a radius of 25 feet and being tangent to said last mentioned
line; thence southerly along said last mentioned curve 68.52 feet to the
end of same; thence westerly along a line parallel with and 50 feet
northerly, measured at right angles, from the southerly line of said
lot, and being tangent to said last mentioned curve, 481.07 feet, more
or less, to the Westerly line of said lot; thence northerly along said
westerly line 229.17 feet, more or le~s, to the point of beginning.

42, Page 87 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County described as follows:
