You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. A Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure and minor adjustments to the setbacks. B. Single-Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 22-25 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 22-09 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 477 single-story addition, new attached garage, and remodel of an existing single-story single family residence located at 1841 S. 7th Avenue. A modification has been requested to allow the new garage portion of the addition to have a 10’-0” setback in lieu of the required 15’-0” and to allow the extension of the front porch posts at the front yard setback to encroach 12” into the required front yard setback.
