WHEREAS, on November 17, 1986, an application was filed by Erlc Duyshart on behalf of Jack Kawahata to expend an existing automoblle garage which Is alegel non-conforming use on C-2 zoned property, Plenning Department Ctlse No. '.1-86-1, on property commonly known as 635 East Live Oak Avenue, more pllrtlcularly descrlbed as follows: WHEREAS, a public hearlng was held on December 9, 1986,at which , , time all Interested persons were given full opportunity to be heerd tlnd to present evidence; . The garage Is currently existing and It Is the Commission's opinion that the proposed addition Is minor IInd would not significantly Increase traffic to and from the site, 4.
