You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 22-21 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing to add livable square footage by converting existing high ceiling area into an 400 square foot extended hall and a 200 square foot interior balcony space.
