PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1319 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS OF A PARCEL MAP FOR THE PROPERTIES AT 134 EAST WISTARIA AND 135 LUBEN LANE. WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mr. and Mrs. William D. Wulf and Chris Bade, Chris Construction Co., for Waiver of the requirements of a Parcel Map for the division of real property as described herein; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances, that such application should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The requirement of a parcel map is waived for the following described proposed division of land: The legal description of the new parcels are described in attached Exhibit "A". Section 2. It is hereby found that the proposed division of land described above complies with all requirements as to area, improvement and design, flood and water drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability, environmental protection, and other requirements of the Subdivison Map Act and local ordinances which are applicable to the proposed division of land, and that the design of each parcel is in substantial compliance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map. Section 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. . . . .'.
