NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing for
the Project described below. The Project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15303(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to new construction of a single -family house; and
B. Appeal No. 22-06 of the Planning Commission’s denial of a new, two-story home at 1225 Oaklawn Road
Project Description: An appeal of the Planning Commission’s denial of a 6,138 square foot, Cape Cod style, two-story home with an attached 926 square foot four-car garage, and several covered porches totaling 1,075 square feet at 1225 Oaklawn Road.
